Time of the fancy dress pram race tomorrow?

Will be heading down to the park on Sunday for the fair and noticed that there's a fancy dress pram race running through Dulwich village while it's shut to traffic, which should be funny to watch. Does anyone know what time it's on? Thanks

I know, what am I like....? Pretty controversial eh.. I live nearer Peckham Rye but use DP as an alternative. Walking there isn't really an option as my hound is a bit naughty on the lead...
