I thought it was about time I recess,amended my Personal Trainer - David Santos. I have been training with him on / off for over 6 years. He builds a program to suit you and your goals, is easy going but drives you to make sure you keep going.

I see him at Fusion East Dulwich but I believe he also will do sessions outside / locally.

Through a bit f bad timing (not on his part) he has 5 clients who are in the late stages of pregnancy at the moment and so has some availability for new clients.

  It’s good we are having this discussion. My point of view is that we are definitely witnessing an attempt at genocide in Palestine, the right wing of the Israeli government have some awful views, some of the language representing the worse of humanity. Jewishness should not be conflated with Israel or Zionism, I see that has been the case for some of the comments in this thread. Conflating the actions of a Zionist Israeli Government with Jewish people is actually considered antisemitism and is a very dangerous way of thinking, leading to Jewish people in the UK feeling unsafe. Support peace and march today, I have been many times and met some lovely people.
