The course ia run by me, Natalie a birth and poatnatal doula for almost 10 years and a baby massage instructor for 6 years.

The 4 week course runs on Sunday mornings and is perfect for couples looking for a weekend course. The course combines a full antenatal course including practical Baby care with KG Hypnobirthing techniques.
