House move / men with van

We have a house move coming up and are looking for a removal company that isn't going to break the bank!

A large van with 2 men would be ideal but the quotes I've had so far seem pretty high. Does anyone have any suggestions of whom else I could try?

It's a 2 bed flat so not looking for a large removal company.
