Compost or soil please.

Where can I get a load of free compost/soil locally ?

I've converted my front garden into a potage. ( yah, really, a potage )

Trouble is I've built some tallish raised beds & now need to fill them.

If only I could. Seems like admin somehow have it in their heads that a request for soil may well descend into a discussion about soiled garments, then onto further filth within 2-3 posts and the "Wanted" residents would be up in arms about it, marching on EDF HQ pitchforks and burning hay bales aloft.

BUT hey, maybe you could re-post my post onto the Wanted sectioned with a link contained within. You know, like the BBC used to have an actor saying Jerry Adam's words back in the day.
