Handyman to install small concrete base

Hi all

In some areas of SE22 the council will install you a ground anchor so your motorbike is a bit safer, just not my bit unfortunately.

I have a block paved drive. I need someone to dig out essentially a foot square (probably less, probably just four bricks worth) and fill it with concrete to which I can then attach a ground anchor.

Recommendations or volunteers please?
