Local builder recommended

Hi, I would like to recommend a local builder, Mark McKown, who has just done a fanstastic job on my house, dividing a large sitting room with small study to create a bedroom and new ensuite bathroom.

He managed the whole project (organising other tradespeople to come in when needed), he made suggestions which improved the design we had come up with, and all his workmanship was great - laying floors, building new stud walls, tiling etc.He's a perfectionist with a good eye. He was also happy to use various reclaimed doors etc that I had, which can't have made things easy for him. He has also done jobs for three neighbours of mine, which is how I found him, and they are all very happy with his work. He can be contacted on 07872 045383.
