Traffic Lights - Rye Lane/Heaton Road

Why are they always breaking and the temporary ones in place break too. Reported - but TFL don't have these traffic lights in the system either (logged as other). Bus drivers know so beep the traffic through making a bit of street noise - traffic chaotic and seen a few pedestrians close to being knocked already. Soon the whistler will turn up :(
