Hi all,

I?ve got a lovely cleaner who has been cleaning for me for the past 5 years. She is

looking for more work, I highly recommend her. She is trustworthy, reliable and has become a friend

Of the family, she does some cleaning for a friend of mine and they are extremely happy with her.

Her name is Sao and she is Portuguese!

  Gosh, calm down.. How about not getting so heated, and not eat for 24 hours with sips of water? Try it and you may, just may understand, starvation, no water. No meds at all even if you need them - hasten to add, don’t do it at all if you are medically dependent. In fact, why doesn’t ED - do this for half a day - say in Oct, when everyone has come back from enjoying their, hols, new term starting and as a community, we could all be 1.? Before, November, fireworks, etc.
