If you see this guy don?t let him in and do tell him he?s been reported to the police. Even if he?s legit his behaviour is unacceptable and he broke into my locked car port while I was out. Medium height, 40s, Afro/Caribbean & dressed in black incl black beanie hat. Thanks

Car Port it was I think ( I assume that's the garage) - maybe that's where the meter was.

Why not just leave a self read thing - strange
