Cleaner needed, must have Public Liability insurance!

Hello,

We are a small block and are looking for a thorough, reliable person to clean the communal areas of our building every week or fortnight, just a couple of hours per session. We?ve had a company for years but never really been happy. We would love to find someone thorough, with common sense. It largely includes sweeping, mopping the stairwell and general tidying of leaves, keeping it all looking clean and well kept. It?s not Buckingham Palace, but even so it could look smarter than it does at present and it is a much loved home. Nice friendly block. Also involves occasionally changing bulbs to our communal lighting. But we do need someone with PL insurance, sadly. We?d be really grateful to hear from anyone who might be interested.
