Immaculate 54 Giant tcx advanced SL cx bike, 2011 full carbon frame. Campagnolo Scirocco 35 CX Clincher Wheelset (bought new sept 15), Shimano Ultegra 11sp with fsa chainring with 11-32 cassette. Avid shorty cantilever brakes. Challenge Griffo tyres. No pedals. Comes with following: two carbon band-on bottle cages, spare front brake cable guide, spare headset and bearings and spare rear mech hanger along with various spare bolts. Also a set back saddle clamp for the seat post and seat post shims. An incredible racing bike, will last forever.

  I’ve experienced the same in Herne Hill. It’s definitely linked to where there are already marked bays, it prevents you from parking within approx 200-400 metres around the bay. Dulwich Village has quite a few bays, which probably explains why you’ve noticed it there and not elsewhere.
