Microsoft Windows expert wanted for some simple programming

I am looking for someone to create some simple 'scripts' to automate certain tasks on a Windows 10 Surface 4 tablet. For example, to switch off an external monitor with one click (instead of the 4 steps required normally). This is for a disabled person using eye controlled device. Would prefer someone able to help me understand, and perhaps teach me, as I will need ongoing support for a variety of tasks.

If interested, please indicate how you would charge (per task, or by the hour).

  Maybe this same office that deals with post could organise home deliveries. They could have the same people assigned to a certain number of streets every day so that they get to know people and addresses, and there's only one van a day that needs to do deliveries instead of 15 shonky Transits. 🤔
