We have a few teenagers who we would like to learn to drive. We don't have bottomless pockets (cos of the few teenagers) and would like a competent instructor who will put a plan in place with a rough time frame to get them through their test (we understand that this cannot be exact, but like some kind of rough plan). One of our teens has had some lessons with an instructor highly recommended on this forum but he's not particularly communicative with us, and seems content to just drift along taking our money indefinitely and so we would like to explore other options. Can anyone recommend good instructors for teens? How long does it usually take to get a teen to driving test-ready? Any constructive advice gratefully received....

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
