FRIENDLY, CARING, LOVING AND ACTIVE NANNY/PA AVAILABLE

Recommended Posts

Dear Family,

I am a professional nanny with over 13 years of experience with children of all ages and nationalities. My experience includes sole charge up to 3 children, sole/shared care up to 6 children at a time, nanny share, holiday help both in the UK and abroad, twins, first time parents, proxy parenting, behavioural issues, eating issues, sleeping issues, potty training, disciplining, settling into nursery, homework help, organising activities, play dates, play groups, after school care, engaging with schools and their teachers.

I am able to develop a good baby routine, maintaining boundaries and promoting and keeping good behaviour. My jobs include nanny duties, lots of energetic play, play dates, outdoor and indoor play, reading, taking them outings, parks, soft play, music/gym/art classes, drop in sessions, preparing healthy meals, some light housework, planning/organising and attending age appropriate activities.

I am also willing to do some PA roles, run errands for the family, arranging grocery and children related shopping, making appointments, posting mails, paying bills, assisting with any paper work, dropping/collecting the dry cleaning, taking deliveries, arranging/organising support around the house including gardeners, cleaners, builders and other household staff, overseeing maintenance issues, diary management, taking the vehicles for services/repairs/MOT and etc. I can help with any dinner, birthday parties, gifts arrangement. My list is endless.

I am happy to help with school pick up and drop offs, taking them to the park, interacting with children to a similar age to encourage social interaction, promoting physical, emotional, social and intellectual development, stimulating creative fun, organising a good developing structure/schedule, preparing fresh healthy meals, bathing, good manners and lots of fun.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Languages and completed my postgraduate diploma course in Business Management.

I'm fluent in English, friendly, pro- active, dynamic, fun yet firm a great cook, outgoing, reliable and flexible.

I live in Telegraph Hill between Nunhead and New Cross Gate and looking for work locally. I am also an experienced, confident driver and have a full British driving licence and can drive if needed.

I am looking for either full time with one family or part time (full days) with a couple or few families who are friendly, kind, considerate and happy. I am happy to consider a nanny share and/or to do some temp work although my priority is permanent, long term position. I am very up front and honest and expect the same from the families. I believe that a nanny?s position is to help you raise your children in the best way possible, not only to be aware of their safety and have fun. My charges are ?12 net an hour and expect the families to pay my taxes.

I have a first aid certificate and a CRB check with a clean record. I am not Ofsted registered but happy to do if you are happy to cover the cost of registration. What I do also have is a lot of excellent references from families and the ability to provide you with a happy, relaxed, calm, fun, organized household. Please contact me to find out more either on my mobile or by e-mail.

I am available to start immediately and can also help with evening babysttings.

CV, references and other documents are on request.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

All the best,

Emily Esma

    • A pretty awful incident.  Thankfully from my time in London fairly rare.  There was a time, particularly in North London in the 00s when moped gangs would come up behind cyclists and grab their bags.  There were also scare stories about riders being pushed off at the top of the hill and the bike grabbed, or cyclists being pushed into a canal such as the Grand Union.  I think these were very exaggerated. In recent times, cyclists, in particularly women, have been mugged, on cycle routes when other riders are not around, such as Deptford/Millwall  https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm27x5klxxlo But I expect that crimes involving threats/violence by criminals against cyclists are less likely than in other areas of life.  Mobile phone theft being one of the obvious examples.  I was told many years ago following a burglary that criminals would rather not have any contact with their victims, and bike theft would sound to be less risky to them by stealing locked up bikes (far too common) rather than attacking the rider.  The spate of thefts from builders vans in broad daylight knocks this a little on the head, as the criminals are often confronted. @Rockets as a regular cyclist in the past did you experience threats etc?  My worse experiences were being knocked off by dangerous drivers, once being left for dead in a hit and run, and road rage where drivers chased me or threatened me after they had passed to close, turned across me etc.  You learn from this and do your best to avoid such conflict.
    • Whilst I am not sure if this is appropriate to this case, I know that often people from minority groups don't feel safe with the police and there have been many incidents where people from minority groups have been mistreated, beaten etc, just for being.
    • It certainly was😁 Bob S
