Plumber willing to do tiny jobs

I've got a couple of little leaks from our sinks. And a radiator that needs bleeding. Anyone know of a plumber who'd be willing to come round and do these jobs (that I reckon would take a total of 10 minutes but for which I have neither the equipment or expertise!)

Last plumber I used was Jerry Lott but I think he might have packed it in? The phone number I have for him doesn't seem to be working.

Super thanks for any names and numbers you forumites can conjure up.

  does seem to take up a width of the pavement that could be better used (i.e. we have to walk around it) and I'm not sure we need advertising on the pavements. Perhaps there are benefit's I don't know of.
