Q on nannyshare cost split btwn families

Hi, I?m in a share with another family currently with just 2 kids. The other family?s second child is due to join the share next year. I would assume the costs become split 1/3 to me and 2/3 to them? In my previous share this was the split and I believe the most fair.

Interested in hearing opinions please! Thanks.
