Three lovely vintage glass moulds for making jellies, puddings and blancmanges. These are oval-shaped moulds with ridged sides and six bobbles on top - a classic vintage shape.

Measurements taken at widest points...

1 x small mould measuring 14cm (L) x 9.5 (W) x 8cm (D) (?5.50)

2 x heavy /large mould measuring 17cm (L) x 11cm (W) x 9cm (D) (?9.50 and ?10)

Great for parties but also beautiful looking objects that would look fab on a kitchen shelf if you're fond of a little retro styling.

Not sure of the age of the moulds but I'm guessing 50s or 60s. In good vintage condition. Two are free of cracks or chips. One of the large moulds has a small chip on the edge of the base and this has been factored into the price.

The smaller one has lots of little bubbles within the glass which makes it really attractive.

The Thornback & Peel jelly & cake tea towel (used as background in pics) is unused and I can sell that for the original price of ?12 if you want to make up a fun jelly-themed Christmas gift for someone. I can just buy myself a replacement when I'm in town next.

There's also a cool book on the subject called Jelly with Bompas & Parr that you might still have time to pick up if you move fast:

    • Hi Does anyone have an electric keyboard they are looking to get rid of. It needs to be able to plug into the computer via USB connection, so she can do her composition for GCSE music. Thanks

    • Gosh, calm down.. How about not getting so heated, and not eat for 24 hours with sips of water? Try it and you may, just may understand, starvation, no water. No meds at all even if you need them - hasten to add, don’t do it at all if you are medically dependent. In fact, why doesn’t ED - do this for half a day - say in Oct, when everyone has come back from enjoying their, hols, new term starting and as a community, we could all be 1.? Before, November, fireworks, etc.
