A nursery trying to claim the grant for children who are persistently absent might be disallowed but even then ghe la should use discretion where there is a funding agreement and the place has been held oPen

Make a formal comPlaint to the la

You are right they have messed up and this is the reason why they are offering me the funding value as a credit for July, and some adjustments for the holidays so I don't lose completely. I can't imagine they would do that if it was my fault. I have contacted the council and will ask for more info
