I am selling a Phil and Teds double buggy, in good condition. However, one of the harness buckles id broken (it is available to buy online, I have checked). Rain covers are included. It is suitable for 2 toddlers, or one baby and one toddler. I bought it on Ebay 9 months ago for 160 pounds and used it lightly.
