It has been washed and cleaned to be offered as good as new.

A great travel system complete with chassis ( optional swivel wheels), pram piece that can also be used as a moses basket, pushchair seat, baby car seat, warm and light weight cosy toes, a removable bar that goes round in front of child, a collapsible stand all parts attach onto, spacious basket, and a drinks holder for you and your child.

  I think the issue is that tickets were issued before the suspension signs went up. The owners had no reason not to park there. Also, on returning they may think that maybe they DID miss the signs (I think that is what I would do) . So I thank the OP for the sharing the information.

  True. And I'll have a look online. Thank you for the explanation. I have just googled, and that is indeed the case with certain weeds. I had no idea that this could happen, so thank you. The below is apparently all Southwark Council has to say. They don't say why they remove weeds, just that they do, and how. They've got a lot more to say about Japanese Knotweed, which does indeed cause problems, but which they don't remove! However I've never noticed any round here.
