Wanted - Short-term rental while we renovate

We're planning renovations to our house, which will require us moving out for a couple of months between March-May. Ideally we would like to rent somewhere in the West Dulwich, Herne Hill, Denmark Hill area. We're looking to keep overheads low so a one or two bed flat would be perfect. Furnished or unfurnished. My flat will be free for 3 weeks of this time from 21st March to around 10th April if you can't find somewhere for the whole period. There will be a cat in residence.
