recommendations for hair colourist

Taking my daughter to get her hair lightened / highlights and don't want to take ANY chances (she would be absolutely mortified if it went wrong. Her hair is waist length.

Also looking to get eyebrows dyed - same again - recommendations would be very much appreciated!

I cannot recommend Margaret (a mobile hairdresser) enough! She has so much experience and really knows her profession. I found her on here some years ago myself and i'm so glad i did, as i found it so hard to find someone that listens and presents such lovely work. Your daughter will be in safe hands! If she has waist length virgin hair, I would be taking her to a blonde specialist like Taylor Taylor rather than risking anywhere else.

Hi

I was a hairdresser for over 30 years having my one salons

I always recommended clients start a T Section especially with long hair and going lighter, this lets clients get used to it also it looks as if the sun has lightened the hair naturally.

Its a big step to have lots of hi_litesfirst time around and you have to think of the up keep

My clients were always happy with my suggestion as I was honest with them and not just taking there money

Some went on to have more hi lites others just happy with T Section as lot less hassle with up keep

I now go to Take at village Way
