Hello

We are looking for a short term let (4 months) in the Dulwich Village / West Dulwich / Herne Hill area starting end of January 2018.

We are a family of 3 (mum, dad and little boy of 18 months) and would be needing a 2/3 bedroom flat/house for this short period while we undertake building work on our current property in the area.

We are very considerate and tidy and would look after your property very well while you were renting it out.

Please do PM me if our profile is suitable and of interest. And please also do not hesitate to ask further questions

Many thanks,

Simon

Hi there

I've just finished renovating a lovely 5 bed property on Surrey Road and it went on the market for sale last week. Ideally I'd like to rent it whilst its being sold as it will take a while!

Ready to move in tomorrow and I'd really like a family to take care of it.

If this is of interest please give me a call on 07932 051 629.

Thanks

Nicola

Hi,

We're looking to rent our house out from April 1st until the end of June, if that's any use to you?

It's a 3 bedroom house with a garden near Herne Hill.

Let me know if you're interested and I'll send you my details.

Simon

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
