Bus engines sounds and car horn beeping - anyone know what happened ?

This morning at around 0715 at the Great Exhibition pub junction I heard a (what sounded like) bus engine running and then at the same time there was the sound of a car horn tooting for what seemed like 2 seconds.

After another three or so seconds, the bus sounded like it was pulling away.

Then all seemed to go quiet/normal.

Anyone know what happened ?
