Hi - I need to get the following sorted within my flat -

1) Install a Intercom system into 3 flats

2) Replace undercounter lighting in my kitchen

3) Replace the pendant light in kitchen

4) Paint wall in kitchen (radiator needs removing)

5 - TBC - floor tiling about 6-7m2
