Brian did an amazing job of some external painting of the house. He’s really friendly, polite and accommodating, especially when weather became an issue. Really thorough and professional, prep work was meticulous, really happy with the finish, and he left everything spotless. Already planning to book for another job. -

Yes, but "the rest" are not ALL under 75s, which is what you said. There will be people under 75 who get it free because they fall into a vulnerable group (or are a carer). Sorry to be pedantic.
