Mid-century dining table, originally sold through Heal's in the 1960s (according to those who sold it to us - a bit of research shows similar styles being sold through Heal's at that period).

It has been well looked after and restored with Danish oil, but, as you would expect, there are the usual minor knocks and scratches you might expect from a product of that age that has beeen used regularly. Some of these can be seen from the photos attached. Happy to provide more - just PM me - or for interested people to come to view it before committing.

Dimensions:

Length - 137cm, 182cm extended

Width - 90cm

Height - 74cm

The table has a lovely stripy veneered top. We've not been able to confirm the wood type - possibly walnut, sapele, iroko, rosewood or even a dark wych elm - but it is a lovely grain, as you can see.

We are selling in advance of building work. Price ?125.

The table doesn't break down so would need a van for transport.

Viewing/collection from Forest Hill, SE23. The photos included here show the table with and without the middle section that extends the overall length, plus a close-up of the grain. I have more pictures if you are interested.

Thanks,

BigED
