Live in au pair/nanny or Live out Mother's help required for immediate start with lovely family of 5

We are a friendly anglo-australian family with 3 gorgeous young kids, 2 girls (4.5,3) and a baby boy (1).

I am looking for pre-school/morning help, then afternoon/early eve help.

I can be flexibile depending on options, but morning is the most important: so ideally hours like 8-11.30am Mon-Fri. And then afternoons, ideally 3.15-7pm Mon-Wed and 5-7pm Thurs Fri.

We can also offer live in, with a beautiful bed/sitting room at the top of a 5 bed house overlooking gates of Nunhead cemetery, and a bathroom right next door.

I suppose my dream would be to find a kind, sympathetic, mature mother?s help type person, someone who has grown up kids, loves and feels confident around young children, and lives very locally!

But live in definately considered also!
