We're looking to short term let our house which's currently up for sale. We haven't accepted an offer yet, but are planning to move to our new home in April - so looking to let the house whilst we sell it. Even if we accept an offer immediately, the sale process will take a minimum of a couple of months and we'd be happy to commit to an end date with whoever lets it (depending on requirements).
