How to get a life after divorce and over 50?

Good suggestions would be helpful.

I am young free and single again. Not wanting a relationship but I have become bored with life and stuck in a rut. I like people but keep distant.

Is there life after 50?

Is there life after divorce?

Is there life after loss?

I was pursued by a hoodie on a bicycle, he said "hot wagon - you and me should go out innit?" I replied "you want to give me a cross bar?" He said "no, no, not on my wheels, on yours, we should go drive in your wagon". I replied I don't fink so, Im old enough to your mum innit!

A good way to change your outlook on life is to explore. Go on weeksnds away or go to places you wouldn't normally (get on a train for a Sunday walk, go shopping in different towns etc) - you'll start to realize quite quickly, that doing new things is not as hard as you may have thought - you just need to start
