Bird Spikes - Still looking for help

Hi all,

After numerous no shows from many different individuals and companies, I'm still looking for someone to replace bird spikes on some gutter pipes. Yes the building is very high, but a ladder was used the last time to get it done. I'm beginning to feel that I'll have better luck hiring a very long ladder myself!!

Can anyone reliably help me to get this job done?
