signing up to a libary?

Stupid question - but how would i go about signing up at the libary? Grove vale being the libary in question?

what forms of ID would i need...etc

Apparently, proof of address (e.g. rent book, driver's licence, utility bill, BT bill or bank statement) should be enough.

Or you can do without any identification at all, and sign up online
