Something worth introducing early on

Most meals we have crudit?s, I now serve in two divided melamine party trays

Looks nice

They cZn choose what they want

I put in veg I like such as celery and radishes that they don't like but at least they see me eating

Include chopped apple, grape, watermelon if you like

I usually serve an adult salad with leaves, nuts, feta etc with dressing and add veg chunks to my portion

This system has got them

All trying new stuff because it looks so bright and nice, but there is no stress sbout them clearing a veg portion from their plate

Research benefits to watching an adult eat the food, serving with a familiar dip (hummous, Philly) or sweet food (fruit)

Might be a benefit to trying it with Ketchup (!) or ketchup/Mayo or a dip say of mango chutney and yoghurt

Salad and raw veg are prob my favourite foods .., so it's not a chore for me to eat them constantly

It does seem to have rubbed off fairly well

I have one who is mostly a cucumber sort of guy, but fruitwise they all eat pretty much everything

And you know, child no 1 who refused raw carrots for years, just started taking them just recently -YES!
