On Fridays we will use candlelight, asanas and mantra to build an hour of stability and appreciation. The class is suitable for anyone wanting to open their heart and take up the challenge of awakening to their true nature. From beginners to those with more experience ? all are welcome. Anne?s classes give individual attention to energy, emotion and injury. They combine the elements of creative movement, poetry, balance, flow and yin and yang sequencing with a focus on alignment and prana. Anne?s classes are always finished off beautifully with a long, deep nourishing savasana complete with blankets. Find your cosmic, divine energy during a one hour class designed to renew and restore your inner life. Friday evening is the perfect time to let go of the strenuous week and rebalance for the weekend. Please email [email protected] to book.

  Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets. She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!

  Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.   A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.
