Hello EDF!

I?m a friendly professional currently living in Peckham Rye/East Dulwich, looking for a good sized double (en suite if possible) around ?800-850 pcm bills included in a friendly, relaxed household in the same lovely area with professionals aged 30+ ideally for a long term let. I?m looking to move as soon as I find the right new home!

I?m also open to a studio or 1 bed flat. Preferably furnished but for the right space and fit, I?m open to suggestion!

I?m basically looking for a nice friendly home where everyone is on the same page seeking a tranquil homely space. It?s important for me to find the right home and person/people to live with.

If any of this sounds like a possible fit, please do get in touch!

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes,

V

    • I found Leon on EDF and I could not be happier with the work he has completed for us. He changed a number of switches and fitted a ceiling light.  He was polite, tidy and arrived exactly on time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician 07707 925039
    • What about the places they go to after 11 as it is? I think a lot of the reticence will stem from the fact that someone turning 18 now will ha e loads of school mates who are still only 17 and the liability for serving underage people is huge, plus the loss of profit selling mostly only soft drinks makes 18th birthdays a hard sell in pubs / clubs.
    • The current crimes from what I hear are phone theft from the person, car theft and tradesman vehicle/tools theft. Plus of course the overall increase in stabbings and shootings across London which are becoming normalised.
    • Whilst clearly 'a crime', I don't think this necessarily sits with the other things you have described. A tragic and awful incident certainly, and dreadfully traumatic to the victim, but not part of any 'crime wave' as such, I suspect. It's the sort of thing which, sadly, can happen anywhere (I, again, suspect).
