Looking for a builder / external decorator

Hello,

We're looking for a local builder to help with the following on a detached Edwardian house in East Dulwich:

- Repair loose or damaged pointing

- Paint exterior windowsills and steps

- Fix some minor guttering issues / realign guttering

- Tidy up brickwork around several drain coverings

We just had a roof terrace built by Aivaras (07474 345745) and Gintaras from lightbuild (http://lightbuild.co.uk/). They did a fantastic job, working extremely hard and communicating well with us. They are passionate about their work, went the extra mile and didn't start the next job until ours was finished. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
