Family Build a Bike 24 March

To promote cycling and recycling, Community Cycleworks is running a one-off Family Build a Bike day at Nunhead Green Community Centre on 24 March between midday and 5pm. Sign up now for one of eight spaces. You will be taught by skilled mechanics how to rebuild a recycled bike donated by Veolia and then it's yours to take home at the end of the day. We will pick eight names out of the hat a week before. Open to ages ten and upwards. Tell us your age and height, to help us select the right bike size for you. Community Cycleworks is grateful for a grant from Peckham and Nunhead Community Council to run this event. Community Cycleworks is a not for profit organisation that has been delivering build a bike courses in Southwark Primary Schools for the past three years.
