Thanks to a lovely WomanOfDulwich for scanning me the following article.

Having read it I was disappointed that such a fabulous walk was so poorly written about, missing out such wonderful highlights of both architectural and marine delights. If you ever get or take the opportunity, it's worth it. Get a return to Broadstairs but get off at Margate and do that walk, then have a lovely break in Broadstairs before coming home again!

The delights of the long walk between Margate to Broadstairs appears in today's The Times/Sunday Times.

As someone who has done this walk a few times I would love a copy of that issue (even only the section it appears in) to see what it says.

Can collect in the week.

Thanks!

    • At least two excellent choices, The Old Cheshire Cheese is easy to find but you can get lost once you are in it! Away from London the Crack (Ye Cracke)  in Liverpool and the Turf Tavern in Oxford.  Both down alley ways. Off at a slight tangent Sirena's Italian restaurant in the old Royal Doulton building, Black Prince Road, Lambeth.  Down a set up of steps into Narnia.  Sadly closed in 2016 due to redevelopment into office space. Good thread! (we were discussing the Cardinal/Windsor Castle near Westminster Cathedral which is hidden away on one entrance)

Struggling with a bit of motivation so looking for someone to train with to be accountable to each other. nothing crazy a few runs / gym sessions a week. Currently doing a 5k in 30 mins and I use the anytime fitness gym on Rye Lane. I prefer early mornings but can be flexible. Male or female would be welcome just a bit of commitment and to show up.  Thanks Ross number if easier to message is 07810 333651
