Cheese Board
HiWe are selling 'Poppy' our beautiful beige VW High Top Campervan. We've owned it for around 6 years and have loved every moment spent in it. Its been around the UK with us and a few festivals and has always been loyal. We're selling as the family cannot all fit in any longer meaning we are not getting the use out of it we would like.Poppy has just passed her MOT last week with flying colours and only a minor advisory. She isnt our usual motor so we only drive her when we're going somewhere fun, so the mileage in the last 6 years will be lower than that of a regular vehicle. Shes a high top van so as long as you're not a giant you can stand up in the van and not hunch about all the time (Really useful if your travelling around in it for any significant time!)Internally; both front seats swivel to be rear facing, rear seats have lap belts installed, The whole rear seat converts to a bed (rock and roll bed), Three ring gas hob and grill, fridge freezer, sink and water storage for sink tap, plenty of cupboard space all around and extra in the high top area, skylight, openable windows in the high top area, new leisure battery and main battery installed a couple of years ago, plug for connection to mains at campsites, new clutch a few year ago. As for the negatives; As with a lot of these van shes needs some work internally and out and with me being time poor to invest in repairing it all. She feels a bit dated (the interior I believe was from the original conversion so I have been reluctant to tear out any original features) but ive seen lots of sympathetic updates others have done to their vans. There is rust in the usual places on the seams, the edge of windows and on the sliding door. The bodywork is good for its age overall and the electrics (for the leisure part of the van) needs a general looking into.Main details are;1986 D Reg1.9 Petrol Watercooled engineBeigeHigh top4 GearsIts super cool and fun to driveI havent had time to take any decent photos of the interior so have only included one of the outside from a previous trip we had. I strongly recommend you come a take a look and a test drive anyway if you are interested as its better to see it in person than in photos - but i'll try to add some more in the coming week. Thanks for the interest Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/185241-vw-t25-campervan-for-sale-4800/ Share on other sites

My fingers were frozen due to the sudden blizzard so I didnt get around to taking photos of the engine itself.
