Gardener needed to help remodel garden

Hi we are looking for someone to help us sort out our back garden.

We have overgrown bushes down one side which need to be removed and ivy coming over from next door which is taking over - would be nice to put a border in with some controllable plants!

The lawn probably needs returfing as is patchy and full of weeds

Potentially we would like to put a small deck or seating area at the bottom where the sun hits in the afternoon.
