Spotlights visible from Grove end of LL

On Friday night and tonight, I've noticed spotlights moving against the clouds. At first, I thought they were planes behind the clouds but they're changing direction too quickly. Anyone know where they're coming from?

I thikn they might be the circus on Streatham common? I saw them last Thursday.
