Few months ago i found recommendation in ED Forum for a personal trainer DAVID,now i am here to give my feedback if someone is looking for recommendations.

I prefer to do sport outdoors started with David in a park once a week for 1 hour in September and can not wait for the next session ever since. David is friendly have a sence of humour, respectful person and really understands his job. He is customising exersises suitable for me and my needs. He knows my limits and makes the session hard enought to have a result of the workout and at the same time keeps it pleasant. The results i have for 6 months with David are wonderful, i can't thank him enough. I can highly recommend DAVID, he is trustworthy, punctual, honourable, professional and price is reasonable.

  Hi, does anyone have a bean bag they want to sell/swap? It's for my 11- year old daughter, who requests that it is: Green, blue, black, purple, or coral (which is a sort of orange) but NOT pink (!). Thanks so much Tiff

  There's so much bat-shit mad, upside down logic to unpack here, the mind just boggles... but if you want to use the Holocaust and centuries of pogroms to justify protesting alongside people who have placards which read "from the river to the sea", then you go right ahead. It's also not a little amusing that you suggest the Home Secretary, a Muslim brit, who asks for a little bit of grace for the Jews for a few days, is somehow spouting nonsense.
