Hi ITATM,

And they won the appeal to keep their Nero despite it being against Southwark planing rules.

Council officers are minded ot approve this. My lot and I have called this decision in to be decided by Councillors.

I think by the time the appeal was heard ,much had changed .Including the ratio of retail shops .

My point was how tenacious and succesful large businesses are against planning authorities .
