Childcare and home help needed

Recommended Posts

Hello! We are looking for someone to help out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 12-6pm. The number one priority would be to look after our 5 month old. When he is sleeping or content, we would also appreciate help with laundry, light ironing, online grocery shopping, unpacking the groceries, as well as help with odd jobs from time to time such as trips to the post office, tidying the dishes or prepping a meal ? depending on how the baby is doing! Note that there is no expectation to help with heavy housework or cleaning. We are located between East Dulwich and Dulwich Village.

The person we are looking for should be great with kids, have a good disposition and have references.

If you are interested please PM me for more details.

Thanks!

Hi there,

I'm very interested in your post and would love to talk further i.e. when are you looking for the role to commence? and how much were you intending to pay?

I'm a caring, creative and energetic 24 year old who is ready to start work immediately. I'm DBS checked with 5 years of experience organising kids camps/workshops and regular babysitting jobs...although, more relevant to this role is the fact that I'm very tidy and would be more than happy doing the housework chores also.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Olivia

    • Don't forget Netflix. A few weeks ago, the US issued a security strategy document warning of Europe's "civilisational erasure" due to immigration. Britain's culture however faces a greater threat from the more subtle influence of American entertainment promoting American values and the American way of life, a kind of "Netflixisation". There are many people who are happy to pay a Netflix subscription but refuse to pay the BBC license fee, so money goes into making more American entertainment while depriving the necessary investment into British programming. I wonder at the timing of the issue of the US demand for Greenland becoming news again and can't help but think it is partly a Trump misdirection of Europe's attention from the dreadful events in Minesota and elsewhere in the US. Putin of course would love it if there was conflict between the US and Europe.
