Anyone experiencing problems with EE in the area ? No network at all since last night !!

I have had intermittent problems with EE home broadband over the last couple of days - sometimes resolved by turning the router off and on, sometimes not. I reported it online. Currently OK here (Underhill Rd).

I changed from EE to O2 over a year ago because I got sick of bad reception in the area

For mobile it is rubbish. 4G barely exists too. Dunno why I have stayed with it for so long.

Separately my work switched to EE and the signal is poo both in central London and up the hill. VOIP is even worse - I joke that it would be easier to have two plastic cups and a length of string for calls at work. Technology eh?

EE has a variable signal here and regular ?engineering works being carried out in the Nunhead area? and I regularly receive a backlog of emails and

messages as soon as I reach higher ground.

I would not touch EE personally - having been with them for over 10, the fibre they suggested I went with is dreadful so have now moved to another competitor. When called to let them know I was cancelling within cooling off period the were incredibly rude and to make matters worse chose to threaten me as well. Seriously now considering takingvthemattercfurther as I have e mail trail but sadly not for yesterday conversation and agent/employee refused to send me e mail.

Yes I was with them years and years (since they took over orange who I was with from day dot) and I found them very rude when I told them I was cancelling the contract.

No regrets with O2

Thanks for that .... glad it isn?t just me going through it but to be fair as I totally distrust them and have insisted on e mail trail the guy I have been dealing with is fine.. it is the company and other agents/employees or what ever they are who is main problem.
