It's a lovely flat very handy for Denmark Hill station with a big south facing garden which is lovely when the sun finally comes out. I have just come across your advert for the short term let which looks great. My husband and I are doing work to our flat in East Dulwich starting early May and need to move out so we are looking for a short term let for a few months.
