Hi,

I'm a 29 year old Norwegian girl working in London and looking for a new place to rent mid-June.

If anyone in East Dulwich is renting out their 1 bedroom flat around that time please let me know.

I would prefer no agents, because of fees.

I've been living in Mill Hill, North London for over 4 years and ready to move to SE London as its closer to work(London Bridge).

  House sale was completed yesterday. Yes we were 'gazundered' by £75,000. Able to look the buyer in the eye when he came to collect the keys. He clearly didn't want to discuss any further, But I expressed my view to him that whilst what he did was not illegal it was immoral. What else can we do?? Apart from a law change
