Plumber(?) needed for boiler thermostat issue

Good morning. We have a Salus RF thermostat attached to a Valiant Ecotec Pro 28 boiler. I'm looking for someone that is familiar with this setup who could check for any issues? The boiler will sometimes not "kick in" with the thermostat programming, and will often just turn on constant heating overnight. Many thanks

This is almost certainly due to interference from a neighbour's thermostat. I had the same problem a year or so back. Basically your boiler is responding to your neighbour's thermostat settings and not to yours.

If you phone Salus, they are extremely helpful. It's just a matter of changing the channel. It's easy to do, and you can do it yourself. They will talk you through it, at least they did me.

Let me know if you need more info.

They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
