Mum and Baby/Kid groups?

I moved back to the UK a year ago from Singapore, where I had my first son. However, I've been manically busy doing my teacher training this year and now really want to get into East Dulwich life, make some local friends with kids etc.

Can anyone recommend a mum and kid/baby group?

I'd really appreciate any tips or ideas.
